Your hourly rate in this role will be £11.45. Weekend, Bank Holiday and unsociable working hours (8pm - 6am) will attract an enhanced hourly pay ranging from £15.37-£19.95 per hour (plus 12.07% if worked on bank).

We are recruiting for 2 part time mobile cleaning operatives to cover staff absence and vacancies across a broad range of Health Centres, Clinics and Admin buildings within the East of Kent. There is also the possibility that cover may be required at our Community Hospitals in Faversham, Whitstable, Deal and Herne Bay

Weekends or Bank Holidays attract Enhanced rates of pay.

Main duties of the job

This is primarily a hands-on cleaning position where you will learn all the back-ground skills and knowledge to enable you to complete the role, e.g. enhanced and periodic clean training, National Cleaning standards, completion of paperwork, equipment training and waste management. You will be expected to organise appropriate and timely travel to sites that require cover as part of your role

Experience is welcome though not essential. A full induction and training programme will be applied at the start of your journey with us.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficial. Travel claims will be paid as appropriate within the trust policy guidelines to and from assigned sites. Base for travel claim purposes to be discussed at interview.
