Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • Primary Medical Degree
  • Full Registration with GMC
  • Full MRCP
  • ALS

Knowledge

Essential criteria
  • Experience in a range of medical specialities
  • Appropriate knowledge base and ability to apply sound clinical judgement to problems
  • Experience of core medical practical procedures

Experience

Essential criteria
  • Minimum of three year’s full time hospital service in CT-equivalent or higher grades in Acute or General Internal Medicine.
  • Experience in teaching
  • Experience in critical care and/ or anaesthesia/ emergency medicine
  • Experience in clinical research
  • Experience with simulation training

Skills

Essential criteria
  • Management of common medical emergencies
