We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Administrator to join our caring and progressive team in Herne Bay, Kent.
You will work as part of a close-knit team who are dedicated to the health and wellbeing of people in Kent.

Main duties of the job
Duties include:
Welcoming and recording visitors to our buildings
Answering and responding to telephone queries
Scheduling appointments and meetings
Completing administrative duties such as:
- distributing incoming/outgoing post, photocopying
- maintaining general appearance and up keep of the reception area
- ordering of office supplies and equipment and completion of standard forms, surveys and audits.
- producing and issuing already prepared letters.
- arranging interpreters
You will have exposure to sensitive information relating to client and or colleague records therefore compliance with Information governance polices and standard operating procedures is essential.

Please note: at this stage, the role is open only to colleagues currently employed within Kent and Medway NHS Trusts and the Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board (ICB). Nursing vacancies are also open to Student Nurses and Newly Qualified Nurses.

- A Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) Level 2. This could be an NVQ Level 2 apprenticeship, BTEC or equivalent international qualification in healthcare or you will be able to demonstrate the equivalent level of experience.
