Job overview
We are recruiting full time Administrators for our successful Home First Team.
You will provide administrative/clerical/secretarial support to assist in the smooth running of the service.

Main duties of the job
Supporting managers and senior clinical staff by overseeing, inputting and processing data using various computer
Liaising with the Hospital Discharge Teams to co-ordinate discharges to the Home First Service and allocating the visits
Act as a point of contact for the team, answering routine enquiries, assessing the nature of telephone calls and emails,
Occasionally assisting with receiving visitors in a courteous, prompt and efficient manner.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent to include Mathematics and English
- Previous paid employment or voluntary work experience – eg school governor
- Background in Adult Social Care and / or Health Care administration
Experience & Skills
Essential criteria
- Experience of a wide range of IT packages including MS Office, ESR systems, Procurement systems
- Ability to interact courteously and confidently with other people
- Maintaining confidentiality of colleagues and service users
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to travel across a wide geographical area in a timely and flexible manner at various times of the day, if required, using car, public transport, car-sharing etc.
