Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management with staff from Frontline to Board.
Use appropriate methodologies to support teams to identify and resolve problems.

Post graduate diploma qualification from accredited college or university or at least 3 year experience working in a change environment

Coaching qualification (ILM 5 or higher)
