As a member of the medical recruitment team, you will ensure the recruitment process is carried out in a confidential, smooth and timely manner.

You will need excellent IT skills, previous experience working in a busy customer-focused environment, ideally in recruitment and/or medical staffing team and the ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and KPIs.

The team is currently based at home for 80% of the working week, with 20% being spent on-site in Maidstone, in accordance with our current hybrid working policy.  Travel to other KMPT locations may be required.

Main duties of the job

Medical Staffing is part of the People Team Directorate and is therefore at the centre of organisational changes within the organisation.
