You will lead a high performing team, build strong relationships across the ICB and wider NHS system, and ensure our performance mechanisms support delivery of high quality care for our population.

Main duties of the job

You will bring:
•    Significant strategic leadership experience and a track record of delivering performance improvement in complex settings.

•    Expertise in interpreting, presenting, and acting on highly complex data.

•    Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage at the highest levels.

•    The ability to lead transformation and cultural change.

•    Experience managing substantial budgets and leading major change initiatives.

•    A commitment to the NHS values and the principles of public life.

•    A proactive, curious, and evidence driven approach to decision making.
