We have opportunities for Pharmacy Technicians looking for a new challenge at East Kent, working with our busy dispensary team, supporting the supply of medication to our Inpatients, Outpatients and helping to facilitate patient discharges at the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford and Kent and Canterbury hospital in Canterbury.

Main duties of the job

You must be an excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills. You will need to be forward thinking and enthusiastic, with a commitment to continuing professional development.

The Successful candidate will be able to work towards their Accredited Checking Pharmacy Technician  accreditation's and to be part of our new approach to the Hospital transformation programme.

It is essential that you have a BTEC National Certificate in Pharmaceutical Science and the NVQ Diploma in Pharmacy Service Standards or equivalent qualification. You will also be registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
