As a Healthcare Support Worker, no two days are the same. You will be part of a close-knit team, supporting patients through their treatment and making a meaningful impact on their healthcare journey. With ongoing support, you can progress your career into various healthcare roles.

This role is an excellent starting point for those aspiring to become a Registered Nurse, Nursing Associate, or Allied Health Professional.

We offer a supportive, inclusive, and diverse team reflecting our Trust's core values of PRIDE.

To apply, ensure your supporting statement answers key questions about your understanding of the importance of HCSWs, the qualities you possess, and provide a complete employment and education history.

The recruitment process includes a Functional Skills Paper (maths and English), followed by an interview for successful candidates.
