- Serving hot and cold drinks, snacks, and light meals
- Operating the till and handling payments

We expect our volunteers to be presentable, smart and always wearing your volunteer uniform and ID badge. All of our volunteers must comply with the Trust’s Values and Behaviours at all times.

Key requirements
- Aged 16 years or above and able to commit to volunteering for minimum 4 hours per day for at least six months
- Reliable and punctual
- Understand the importance of confidentiality and following procedures
- Willing to undertake any necessary training
- To be confident when communicating with patients, visitors, staff and members of the general public.
- Friendly and approachable
- Patient and people focused
- Respectful
- Able to work independently and use initiative
