This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team and to support the transition of our virtual ward to a true hospital at home model. we are looking for an enthusiastic individual with great energy & presence to deliver on are above objective, whilst retaining some clinical time for yourself and the development of your teams.

Main duties of the job
This Role will be working within the Urgent Crisis Response service, along with the Virtual ward, to support and develop a hospital at home model within the division of ITS. This is to support the delivery of our ambitions for our team and service directors, working and collaborating closely with our Crisis Response team and Virtual Wards. Our ambition is to continue to deliver expert patient care for adults and families within our community. The post holder will support teams to develop and implement best practice, working closely with the Lead GP / Associate Medical director for ITS and the Intermediate Tier Services Leadership team, to ensure high quality patient centred services.
You will be expected to support and deliver measurable improvements in safety and quality along with working towards the delivery and implementation of the Regional and National standards.

- MSc in relevant subject
- Non-medical prescriber

- Evidence of extensive expert professional knowledge in emergency medicine supplemented by specialist training.

Experience

- Significant post reg. experience
- Substantive nursing/ahp experience in speciality including additional paediatric skills
