The ED team at Royal Blackburn are looking to recruit Band 5 staff nurses to join our busy team.

We are a very busy department, covering a very diverse population, and we are also a major trauma unit.

We are looking for self-motivated nurses to help take the department forward – you must be committed, flexible and approachable

We have a team of  ENP’s, NP’s, ANP’s, Practice Educators and Nurse Consultant, supported by a diverse and innovative senior nursing team.

We value all the different experiences and qualities people can bring to our department.

This is a rotational post and covers all areas of the department, ED majors, Resus, UCC, paediatrics and also the UCC at Burnley and MIU at Accrington Victoria.

The department welcomes new members of staff and has an open and friendly culture which is strongly supportive of nursing development and expansion of skills. You will have a suitable period of supernumerary in which you will be supported by a mentor.
