Job overview
We are seeking a motivated, patient focused HCA to join our friendly team in ENT OPD to support the delivery of patient care.
Please note: This role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application, as we are unable to support visa applications for this position.
Main duties of the job
Provide a professional , caring and compassionate service to all our patients
Supporting the nursing and clinical teams within the outpatient department the role involves direct patient contact, accurate record keeping, preparing and maintaining clinical environments.
The post holder will work closely with the team and contribute to the smooth and effective running of clinics, maintaining high standards of professionalism, confidentiality and patient care at all times.

Participation in patient care to a high standard, provide effective communication with patients and other staff
Maintain Confidentiality and patient dignity
Carry out clinical observations as required
Maintain standards of accurate documentation and record keeping
Comply with health and safety requirements, and other training requirements

Essential criteria
- Experience of working in a team / team environment
Desirable criteria
- Experience of working in NHS
- ENT outpatient skills
- Working in a healthcare setting with a wide range of client groups including vulnerable patients
Qualifications

- Basic computer literacy
Desirable criteria
- Care certificate / NVQ 2
