Working for your organisation

Bolton is a thriving and progressively minded town, based just off the M61, twenty minutes from the centre of Manchester and with excellent transport links to the rest of the North West, and further afield e.g. Lake District and Yorkshire Dales.

We are a forward thinking Foundation Trust and are very proud of the way our teams have risen and continue to rise to the challenge of a global pandemic.

We have a truly unique family feel across the Trust and this was reflected in the last national Staff Survey results which showed that our staff feel that Bolton NHS FT is the best place to work in Greater Manchester; we are so proud that they feel this way.

Royal Bolton Hospital has a catchment population of approximately 300,000 people. Operationally we are rated overall 'Good' by the CQC.
