We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and organised individual with excellent communication and IT skills who enjoys working in a busy environment. You will work as part of a supportive neighbourhood team and wider administration network, providing a high standard of customer service and administrative support. The role requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workloads and a good understanding of confidentiality.

As service needs can vary, flexibility is essential. The post holder will be aligned to a specific team but may be required to work across different sites and provide cover where needed to ensure continuity of service.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the importance of confidentiality and previous administrative experience within a busy office environment. The ability to work effectively as part of a team, whilst also using initiative and working independently, is essential.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible individual who can adapt to the changing needs of the service. Flexibility is key, as the post holder may be required to work across different sites and provide cover as needed to ensure continuity of service delivery.

Strong IT skills are essential, together with excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to prioritise workloads, manage competing demands, maintain accurate records and provide a high standard of administrative support to clinical teams, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of patient services.
