If you are looking for an exciting new challenge, Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust (LSCFT) which is a specialist mental health and community NHS Foundation Trust, is the place for you.

We are currently looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to the Estates and Facilities Senior Leadership Team, on a permanent basis to join the E&F team based at Guild Park.  

 

 

Main duties of the job

To support the Estates and Facilities (E&F) Senior Leadership Team within the Service in all aspects of business management activity, relating to functions and responsibilities, including the development and management of a comprehensive and efficient Personal Assistant support service.

  • NVQ Level 4 in Business Administration or Customer Care, or relevant experience
  • Demonstrable commitment to continuous personal development

Knowledge

  • Relevant work experience in a PA/secretarial role to a senior manager
  • Experience of working as part of a collaborative team with shared cover arrangements
  • Experience of working in a fast moving environment under pressure and to strict deadlines
