We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding healthcare services to our community. Main duties include:
· Providing leadership to the broad team of professionals within the Women's hospital and the CMG.
· Deliver strategic plans for service delivery and development.
· Management of staff performance, budget and KPIs.
· Ensure governance and risk management processes are adhered to.
· Work with the team to ensure a high standard of patient care.
· Be mindful to strategy, ensuring future proofing of services
