Can you help us deliver our services during Covid-19?
We are looking for people with a “can do" attitude to join our bank Hospital Support team at Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital in Grimsby who can work on positive Covid-19 areas. You will receive full training for the role of a Hospital Support Assistant (HSA) and FIT training in the use of personal protective equipment.
The role of a HSA can be demanding, and requires flexibility to support us during periods of operational pressures; hours of work will be 1700-2000. You will work on a rota conducting cleaning on wards and public areas during week one and undertake catering duties delivering drinks and meals to our patients during week two. In order to be selected for an online interview you must provide the following information in your application:
- Details of any qualifications with the pass level indicated
- Any experience you have of working in either a cleaning or catering role
- Any experience of customer services
- The reasons for any gaps in your working history
- Details of your referees
Whilst the post is a Bank position (zero hours contract) once you have completed your training and following a period of integration within the hospital environment, you will have the opportunity to apply for any contracted posts within the department that may come available.
