Band 5
Job overview
Francis Willis Unit has a new, exciting opportunity for a keen and enthusiastic Staff Nurse. It is the only low secure unit within Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. It is a 15-bedded male-only low secure unit supporting patients who have a forensic history. The ward is for adults between the ages of 18-65 who are experiencing severe and enduring mental health difficulties.
Applications are invited from highly motivated and dynamic candidates who have a ‘can do’ attitude. This is an exciting, challenging and opportunistic role which will afford the successful candidate the opportunity to work as part of a supportive team that is focused on delivering high standards of care.
We offer a 24-hour service within our inpatient facilities; therefore, successful candidates will be required to work unsociable hours inclusive of nights, weekends, public holidays and shift patterns. The role requires RRP training and offers self-rostering opportunities for staff.
