An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Information Systems Developers to join United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals Trust (ULTH).
We are looking for highly motivated information professionals to assist in the development and provision of automated information data flows to support the Trust’s business objectives.
The Information Systems Team is made up of highly skilled individuals working together to provide an essential support service to internal stakeholders and external customers. The role will support the Business Intelligence and Information Systems Development workstreams within Information Services.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidates will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining existing extracts, reports and dashboards from the main data warehouse and associated clinical systems databases across the Trust, to a variety of departments within ULTH as well as wider parties. You will also work with the other work streams within Information Services to ensure that data warehouse & business intelligence development contributes to the success of the Trust.
You will have excellent analytical and presentational skills, must possess A-level qualifications or higher, or equivalent experience. You will also be skilled in the use of SQL, PowerBI (or other visual intelligence software) and Microsoft SSRS & Office packages and have a strong commitment to achieving results. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritise a heavy workload to work effectively under pressure in order to meet the increasing timetable of deliverables. As part of a dedicated team there will be the need not only to be a team player but have the ability to work on your own initiative. Applicants will also be expected to show evidence of ongoing professional and managerial development.
