Job overview

A wonderful opportunity has been made available to join our fabulous Skegness Older Adults CMHT as team secretary. This is a part-time post, looking for someone to work 9-5pm, Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.

Main duties of the job

Duties would include monitoring the team inbox, processing referrals, typing and sending correspondence, arranging appointments with the team, maintaining electronic diaries, managing room bookings, requesting information from GPs, taking and making telephone calls to patients/GPs/relatives, attending and minuting meetings, photocopying, stationery ordering, administering petty cash, health healthroster, covering building reception during leave.

Essential criteria
  • RSA11/ III or equivalent
  • Good standard of education > Word processing/IT skills
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office, particularly Word/Excel/PowerPoint/electronic diary management

Experience

  • Extensive amount of working in an administrative position

  • Audio typing skills
  • Knowledge of Trust database systems
