In addition to this, the post-holder will be responsible for supporting the senior management team with recruitment of staff and the implementation of wellbeing initiatives to support the retention of practitioners.
The post-holder will be working alongside the management team at EDT to support with their respective strategic areas.
Working as part of EDT offers numerous opportunities for learning and development through strong team support and clinical supervision and being part of an evolving, integrating team. The role provides excellent experience that can be beneficial for both clinical and managerial progression.
Due to diverse populations in the services we support, this is a unique opportunity to work with adult clients from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds. The post will include triage and assessment as well as delivery of CBT interventions at Step 2 or Step 3. The service has expanded its workshops provision, therefore offering the chance to develop group skills and work alongside colleagues to deliver innovative treatment programmes. A keen interest or prior experience in delivering therapy in a group format would be greatly valued.
