Rotational Physiotherapist - Band 5
We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-motivated individuals to join our department’s Band 5 rotation scheme. We are looking for a Band 5 committed to delivering high quality care and keen to join the team here at Croydon Health Services
We offer a broad range of 4 monthly rotations covering core areas and also Vascular and Pulmonary Rehab.
All areas are led by experienced Senior Staff, who provide excellent support and supervision. There is a well-established training and supervision programme in each specialty.
Our friendly and supportive department provides excellent opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge within a sound framework of regular appraisal and CPD including regular IST.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd
1.To undertake responsibility for the provision of Physiotherapy within Croydon Health Services NHSTrust to specific patient group within specific rotations
2. To assess patients, design appropriate physiotherapy management programmes
3. To communicate appropriate complex information effectively to patients and/or carers, from a multicultural and ethnically diverse population.
4. To liaise with staff of other disciplines witihn MDT to ensure effective communication and to provide excellent patient care.

Croydon Health Services NHS Trust provide hospital and community services from a number of community and specialist clinics throughout Croydon. The Trust was formed on 1st August 2010 through the integration of Croydon Community Health Services and Mayday Healthcare NHS Trust. - Diploma, BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy.

Experience

- Evidence of broad range of clinical experience at undergraduate level, working within the MDT.
- Use of appropropriate documentation
- Demonstrates understanding of the role of Physiotherapy within MDT
- Awareness of Clinical governance and impact on Physiotherapy practice

- Experience in musculoskeletal, neurology, orthopaedics, respiratory, elder rehab placements
- Knowledge of Croydon Health Services
