We have an exciting opportunity available to join our Nutrition Support Community service in a full time Specialist Nutrition Support Dietitian.
You will work within our nutrition support team responsible for the provision of oral nutrition support supplements off FP10. You will have the support of a Nutrition Assistant Practitioner to manage a domiciliary caseload and clinics. You will join a team including Nutrition Support Dietitians, Specialist Palliative Care Dietitian and Nutrition Assistant Practitioners alongside a wider community team including Specialist Home Enteral Dietitians, Specialist Diabetes Dietitians and Paediatrics Dietitians.
We support continual professional development and clinical supervision.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
