ELFT has long been recognised as a centre of excellence for mental and health care, innovation and improvement. So it is a very exciting time for you to come and work for us. Our mission is to make a positive difference to people's lives by improving quality of life for all we serve. Trosolwg o'r swydd

As Operational Health Lead, you will be responsible for the effective leadership, operational management, and strategic development of health staff within the ILDS. You will lead the Recovery and Enhanced Support Team, line-managing a range of clinicians and allied health professionals. This role also holds oversight of team budgets, performance metrics, workforce development, safeguarding, and service transformation.

The Hackney ILDS is a fully integrated health and social care service delivered through a formal s75 agreement between East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT) and the London Borough of Hackney (LBH). This means that the service delivers joined-up, person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities across organisational boundaries, with shared referral pathways, case management, and governance. You’ll play a vital leadership role in sustaining and evolving this integrated model.

You will work across both health and social care systems, reporting to the Deputy Head of Service, and representing ILDS at Directorate Management Team meetings.
