Job overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the radiotherapy team at The Royal Free Hospital, Hampstead site. We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and highly motivated band 5 therapeutic radiographer to join us at one of the largest and leading providers of cancer care in the UK.

Patients are at the heart of what we do so we are looking for therapeutic radiographers who can provide excellent care with compassion and respect. All radiographers in bands 5 – 7 roles have the opportunity to rotate through pre-treatment and treatment.

The Royal Free Radiotherapy Department has 2 Varian TrueBeams with Aria. There is an orthovoltage unit, a Toshiba CT-scanner, Pinnacle TPS, VMAT, IGRT, SABR and respiratory gated/ motion managed radiotherapy. The department is accredited to ISO 9001:2015.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship and/or a visa for this role. Radiotherapy students graduating in 2025 are welcome to apply. The successful applicant will be expected to start in post as soon as employment checks are completed or HCPC registration is complete.
