Person specification

Education/ Qualifications

Essential criteria

Evidence of continuing professional development across the spectrum of Commercial Procurement Supply Chain Operations and Transformation; specifically P2P, Data and catalogue management.

Desirable criteria

Full Professional qualification in Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS) or equivalent full qualification and membership or equivalent experience.
Prince 2 Project Management qualification or equivalent.

Experience/ Knowledge

Essential criteria

Good decision -making skills, with the ability to organise, delegate, control, and deliver own and team’s (in a matrix approach) work to required quality standards.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written/oral), and the ability to interact with staff and key stakeholders and customers.

Desirable criteria

Experience of developing and managing SQL and other systems databases.

Trust buildings and grounds became fully Smoke Free on National No Smoking Day 11th March 2015. The Trust expects all staff to promote healthy living and to set good examples in their own behaviour.
