Essential criteria
  • Experience of advising managers on highly complex and serious individual and / or collective conflict situations including disciplinary, capability and grievance issues
  • Experience of providing direct customer service, both verbally and in writing

Knowledge

Essential criteria
  • Current excellent knowledge of employment legislation, case law and good HR practice

Skills

Essential criteria
  • Extensive working knowledge of Medical Recruitment processes, and ESR Payroll experience
