An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Band 4 Resourcing Coordinator to join our Recruitment Team in the HR department based at Harbour Yard.
A key part of this role will also include managing the administrative processes for the full end to end recruitment life cycle whilst ensuring the recruitment process is as efficient as possible for candidates and managers. Therefore, excellent customer service skills is vital in this role.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of working with high volumes in a fast paced role. You will possess excellent computer skills and have experience of working in an office based environment, ideally in HR or recruitment field. Most importantly, you will display a commitment to providing an excellent recruitment service to the managers and applicants to the Trust.
We are currently office base at Harbour Yard, Imperial Wharf Chelsea.

Main duties of the job
The resourcing co-ordinator will oversee the recruitment service for both medical and dental staff and AFC from advert through to employment for permanent, fixed term and secondment roles within an allocated divison.
They will provide medical administrative support to clinicians and line managers in relation to all medical staffing issues. This includes advisory services, and pre-employment procedures for junior doctors, SAS doctors and Consultants.
To carry out this role effectively the post holder will need to establish and maintain strong communication and effective working relations with Managers, Consultants and Junior Doctors within all Divisions.
They will support the Senior Resourcing Advisor in ensuring the provision of high quality and timely recruitment service in accordance with the agreed standards of practice, key performance indicators and portfolio of services.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
· Hold responsibility for progressing the recruitment activity of an allocated Division, tracking progress of jobs to ensure there are no delays, resolving and escalating issues to the recruiting managers as necessary to provide a smooth process.
· Effectively co-ordinate recruitment campaign activities for the division such as ensuring on time delivery of shortlisting and interview packs to recruiting managers and communication to applicants regarding application status.
· Provide successful implementation of recruitment campaigns including advert placement services, long-listing screening and assessment centre and selection centre support services.
· Liaise with the Health Education England (HEE) / NHS England and Royal Colleges to ensure an effective consistent HR service is delivered to all Junior Doctors in Training under the 2016 contract
· Rotation admin including, adding trainees to TRAC, sending the junior doctors their Work Schedules and Contracts of Employment for their role within timescales
· Provide an advisory service to recruiting managers and applicants to ensure timely completion of activities and required action ensuring on time and successful campaign completion.
· Main contact for resourcing enquiries especially those from the allocated Division and to deal politely and efficiently with all enquiries, helping to resolve any concerns early on and escalating these to the Deputy Resourcing Manager if necessary

Essential criteria
- Educated to Diploma level education, or equivalent relevant training or experience
Desirable criteria
- CPP/CIPD qualification
- ESR/EREC/TRAC/ NHS jobs experience
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience of coordinating recruitment activities, especially in a high volume recruitment market
- Effective use of candidate management systems and HR databases
- Previous experience of working within a busy HR department

- Building and fostering multiple and numerous relationships, up to and including Senior Management
