Job overview
This role will provide strong administration support to the senior education team in the coordination and delivery of PGME programmes. This will include organising teaching events, booking venues, arranging catering and delegate bookings and publicising new events. The role will also involve providing administration support to programme management groups and will include creation and distribution of agendas, minute taking, action tracking.
The post holder will also be responsible for the marketing of education programmes internally and via social media.
Main duties of the job
The postholder will ensure efficient day-to-day management of Medical and Dental Education Programmes under the direction of the Head of PGME. This may include programmes in:
• Undergraduate Medical Education
• Postgraduate Medical Education
• Postgraduate Dental Education
The postholder will be expected to provide operational input into the design, delivery and evaluation of internal systems and processes, to ensure all Medical and Dental Education Training Programmes operate effectively.
They will have a responsibility for accurate collecting, recording, analysing, and reporting of data to allow the department to meet its internal and external compliance and reporting requirements.
