Come and join our Hotel Services Team, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for current bank staff to transition into permanent roles within our Hotel Services – Domestic Department, across all four Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust sites. These are substantive contracts of up to 37.5 hours per week.

Main duties of the job
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Deliver exceptional customer care with courtesy, efficiency, and a commitment to a positive patient experience.
- Provide a high-quality cleaning service in line with Trust policies and the National Standards of Cleanliness 2025.
- Actively contribute to raising standards and improving service delivery.
