Fast forward your career by joining our Renal Satellite Haemodialysis Unit based at St Charles Dialysis unit that is full of opportunities. We offer a variety of training within this speciality and there are on-going opportunities for self-development.
We have a 1 Full Time (37.5hrs) position available. The successful applicant will join our established nurse led team. By becoming a ward administrator, you will lead on administrative duties and you will play an integral role in maintaining and developing a centre of clinical excellence and work in an environment that meets the needs of both clients and team members. The successful candidate is expected to be flexible and able to accommodate the service needs.
Main duties of the job
- To provide effective and efficient clerical and reception support to a designated unit, ensuring that administration processes meet the needs of all service users
- Effective delivery of clerical and reception duties on the unit.
- Input and maintenance of accurate patient information on Trust information systems
- Provision of excellent customer service to members of the public and staff who visit or contact the unit
- Contribution to positive patient experiences.
