King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a visionary and values-driven leader to join our senior People team as Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Organisational Development (OD). This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping and delivering our strategic ambitions for an inclusive, high-performing culture across the Trust. You will lead the development and implementation of our DEI and OD strategies, embedding them into every aspect of organisational life—from recruitment and leadership development to cultural transformation and staff experience.

Main duties of the job
- Lead the delivery of the Trust’s People and Culture Plan and Brilliant People strategy
- Drive cultural transformation and workforce engagement initiatives
- Champion diversity, equity and inclusion across all levels of the organisation
- Lead organisational development programmes and workforce education
- Provide strategic advice to the Chief People Officer, Executive Team and Trust Board
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to embed inclusive practices
- Manage transformational budgets and ensure value for money
- Role model Trust values and behaviours across the organisation

- Extensive post-qualification experience gained in OD & EDI practices
- Track record of delivery at Director/Senior management level, including exposure at board
- Experience of staff & financial management
- Experience leading change in large, complex organisations
