Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is undergoing an exciting phase of growth and change to fulfil the Trust’s digital strategy. An Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Solution will ensure the Trust continue to improve services we deliver around patient care. It will provide real-time information about a patient’s condition, treatment plans, diagnostic results, clinic visits and more. In addition to improving patient care, the EPR solution will optimise clinical and operational procedures across the organisation allowing us to ensure better outcomes for our patients.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will lead and coordinate change projects across clinical and operational teams using highly developed transformation and change management skills to embed service and cultural change. They will initiate and nurture innovation of new ways of working across the organisation and support teams to achieve their objectives through providing tools and techniques to deliver change in an effective and sustainable way. A key aspect of the role will involve active participation in EPR build activities, working closely with stakeholders to help shape and configure the solution in alignment with service needs. The post holder will also promote and support the culture change required to embed new ways of working and to support adoption of the EPR solution.
