Job overview

The position is suitable for newly qualified mental health nurses as the post is developmental, whereby existing band 5 nurses can develop their skills and knowledge in a supportive and forward-thinking team. Post holders will receive regular supervision and preceptorship if necessary, as well as training provided internally, and courses provided by the trust. There is a fast progression to a band 6 senior nurse practitioner post for the right candidate – The team operates in a fast paced and changing environment which requires the post holder to be highly organised with excellent time management skills.
