Job overview
The Private Patients Unit is seeking an experienced Private Patients Enquiries and Sales Officer with excellent communication skills who is customer focused with previous private healthcare sales, coordination, customer service and administration experience within a private healthcare or NHS private patients environment.
The role of Enquiries and Sales Officer is dynamic and varied – key job purpose is to support the uptake of RF private healthcare services whilst cultivating and strengthening referral activities across agreed services aligned to the current marketing strategy as cascaded.
Main duties of the job
Key tasks will include, but are not limited to;
Manage the Enquiries Team (3 band 4 Enquiries Coordinators) including reviewing their annual objectives, conducting regular supervision meetings, facilitating the development of identified training needs and delegating specific tasks / projects as appropriate as well as monitoring and ensuring the team’s full adherence to the trust’s current clinical governance and information governance policies.

- Experience in developing and leading on sales plans in a complex private healthcare environment/ NHS Private Patients Unit
- Experience in leading on sales’ return on investment

- Experience of managing and prioritising own workload, working to deadlines and working under pressure.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take complex information and create clear copy relevant to stakeholders and potential referrers
