Job overview

Active member of the Team in providing a safe, stimulating and
emotionally safe environment for children aged 6 months to 5 years.
To adhere to Nursery, Ofsted, EYFS and The Royal Free Foundation
Trust Policies and procedures. To supervise children at all times, in all areas. Working across 3 sites – Royal Free, Chase Farm and Barnet Hospital.

Main duties of the job

The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust has 3 work place Nurseries taking children from 6 months to 5 years –Monday to Friday. We provide the children with a safe, stimulating, caring and anti-discriminatory environment. We aim to work in partnership with parents to best meet the individual needs of the children.

We are looking to recruit 1 motivated person with childcare qualifications (minimum level 2 in Childcare) with post qualification experience, in a early years setting. You will need to be enthusiastic, reliable flexible and caring with knowledge of the current EYFS. Good, clear communication skills, both written and oral are essential. We aim to recruit compassionate and caring staff who have a passion for excellence. 

The post is  fixed term 6 months, 37.5 hours per week. The Nursery operates between 7am-6pm and the working hours will be within those times.

The Annex (Busy Bees) Nursery, Pond Street, Hampstead, NW3 2QG. Please call us on 0207 472 6760 when you are by The Grove Centre Clinic.
 
Directions: When entering Fleet Road from Hampstead Heath station, please walk towards ZamaZingo cafe/Heath Barbers which is on the right.
Turn right (you should see The Rec Club opposite you) and walk straight following the green pathway on the ground to the Annex (Busy Bees) nursery.
The nursery entrance is on the right side of the Grove Centre Clinic (just under the bridge that connects the grove clinic building to the canteen area).  
Please press buzzer on our intercom system, you will be asked to present your ID to the camera.
Once you have entered the building, please sign into our visitors book and wait in foyer area until staff arrives to greet you.
Before leaving please sign out of our visitors book.
