If so, then this might be the role for you!

We are at the beginning of an exciting journey to transform our People & OD function to deliver a proactive and effective customer-focused service to meet the challenges of the future.  As the Senior Employee Relations Advisor, you will work alongside a team of likeminded colleagues to collectively play a pivotal role in providing high quality educational and operational employee relations activities in line with a ‘Just & Restorative Learning’ culture, underpinned by our values and behaviours framework.
