Main duties of the job

We are seeking enthusiastic nurses at Band 5 to join our Children and Young Persons Emergency Department team.
We see a wide variety of patients, from those with primary care issues in our Urgent Care Centre, to trauma patients seen in the designated Major Trauma Centre for southwest London.
This is an excellent opportunity to expand your skills and be part of an evolving and developing service.

Their main site, St George’s Hospital in Tooting – one of the country’s principal teaching hospitals – is shared with St George’s, University of London, which trains medical students and carries out advanced medical research. Essential criteria
- Registered Nurse: Paediatric with post registration experience or Adult trained with extensive experience in a paediatric acute care setting
Desirable criteria
- 6 month post registration
- Completion of preceptorship programme
- Venepuncture
- IV drug Administration
