We have four satellite dispensaries, attached to specialist areas to promote efficient dispensing. Our dispensaries are led by experienced pharmacy technicians allowing clinical staff to focus on patient care, medicines optimisation and care group work. Omnicell cabinets are used in the Emergency Department and Major Trauma Ward, supporting automated pharmacy services on ward level. The aseptic unit holds of a “Specials” Manufacturing Authorisation (MS) licence by MHRA.

There is the exciting opportunity to participate in a secondment to the island of St Helena.

- Use initiative and forward thinking and demonstrate an ability to influence a wide range of health care professionals
- Provide education and training for undergraduate and postgraduate healthcare professionals
- Be actively involved in audit and research
