An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic London sarcoma service as an Executive Personal Assistant. The London Sarcoma Service based across University College London Hospitals (UCLH) and the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) run one of the largest and most highly regarded sarcoma services in Europe.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Executive Assistant with excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
You will deliver a comprehensive administration and executive support service, working closely with the Senior Project Manager to drive improvement initiatives across the London Sarcoma Service and the wider sarcoma network.
Main duties of the job
This is a permanent, part-time role, working alongside the Senior Project Manager and the sarcoma clinical and administrative teams.
Key responsibilities include preparing and supporting meetings, coordinating service improvement projects and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders across the sarcoma network.
To succeed in this role you will be proactive and possess strong interpersonal skills. You will thrive in a collaborative environment and work effectively within a diverse team.

- RSA level 3 or NVQ level 4 or equivalent secretarial/administrative experience
Experience, skills and abilities
Essential criteria
- Substantive experience working in Healthcare setting
- Competent use of Microsoft office software (word, powerpoint, excel, outlook teams)
- Experience of working with internal and external stakeholders via email, telephone and teams
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work unsupervised and under own initiative to prioritise workload.
