The post is split between clinical and educational responsibilities (0.5 WTE each). The role has been developed in collaboration with the Undergraduate Department and RMU to offer a unique opportunity for career development in both medical education and reproductive medicine.

The post is for an immediate start.

Interviews will take place during w/c 22nd September 2025

Main duties of the job

As a Clinical Teaching Fellow you will divide your time between direct clinical care in the Reproductive Medicine Unit and delivery of high-quality undergraduate teaching in women’s health. You will support outpatient clinics in fertility, menopause and reproductive endocrinology, developing advanced clinical and ultrasound skills while contributing to governance, audit and service improvement. Alongside this, you will play a key role in educating medical students through bedside teaching, small group tutorials, simulation training and exam preparation, while also providing pastoral support and mentorship. The role requires excellent communication, organisation and teaching skills, with a strong commitment to patient-centred care and professional development. This is a unique opportunity to strengthen both clinical expertise in reproductive medicine and academic experience in medical education within a supportive, research-active environment.
