This is an exciting opportunity to take a key leadership role in developing Speech and Language Therapy Apprenticeships across London. You will join the North Central London (NCL) AHP Faculty project team, which currently supports a range of workforce and education projects, including apprenticeships, preceptorships, the support workforce, student placements, and Advanced Clinical Practice.
We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist with a strong understanding of workforce initiatives, particularly in the growth and expansion of apprenticeships, in line with current national strategies. The role may also involve supporting other AHP Faculty workstreams and subgroups as required.
Main duties of the job

You will collaborate with healthcare providers, educational institutions, and key system partners to align with national AHP priorities and workforce strategies. You will provide leadership and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of the project and contribute to evaluating and reporting its outcomes.
