• Lead, write and manage the production of internal communications channels, such as our weekly staff newsletter, staff intranet, news articles and all-staff meetings.
• Developing and implementing communications plans and campaigns across multiple projects to meet organisational objectives.
• Proactively identify content and news stories that add benefit for staff and ensure they are kept engaged and informed on all matters relating to NICE.
• Provide trusted internal communications advice to stakeholders at all levels, influencing where needed to secure the best outcomes for staff.
• Build effective relationships across NICE with key internal stakeholders, particularly our HR team.
• Take a strategic approach to internal communication, putting the needs of staff first and developing recommendations based on audience insight.
• Gather and analyse data and user feedback to inform communications activities.
• Incorporating legislative requirements and standards of good practice into project planning, service design and content delivery, including WCAG accessibility standards.
