At the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), we’re all about improving outcomes for people using the NHS and other public health and social care services. We produce evidence-based guidance, develop quality standards, and provide a range of information services.

Are you passionate about organisational development, culture change, and creating workplaces where people can thrive? Do you believe in the power of values-led leadership, restorative practice, and inclusive transformation? If so, we’ve got the perfect opportunity for you!

  • Providing expert advice and facilitation to senior leaders, managers, and teams.
  • Designing and delivering a range of OD activities including team development, coaching, and large-scale group work.
  • Supporting the implementation of NICE’s values, behaviour framework, and restorative just learning culture.
  • Collaborating across the People Services team to embed inclusive, high-performing practices.
  • Using data and diagnostics to evaluate OD impact and inform continuous improvement.
  • Acting as a cultural ambassador, championing psychological safety, EDI, and employee engagement.
