We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic Band 6 caseload holder or qualified District Nurse to join our Community Nursing team in Mid Beds. This highly respected team is based delivers responsive, high quality nursing to patients living in and around Biggleswade, Mid Beds. We are passionate about patient centred care, support our nurses to lead and deliver excellent and compassionate nursing and value our clinical teams as the real heart of the NHS. We are looking for an experienced community nurse, looking for the next step in their career, community nursing services are expanding in line with the 10 year plan to provide more care in the community, this is an exciting place to be at this time. We are seeking a motivated and passionate Senior Nurse to support the community teams to deliver person centred, research based care. You will have the skills and experience to manage your own caseload, which will be aligned to the GP practice and residential homes within the area. You will be working with the Biggleswade 1 Team delivering person centred care to people in the place they call home. Excellent communication and time management skills, and sound clinical knowledge, are essential skills. A flexible approach is required to accommodate the changing needs of the service along with the drive to influence service development. We are seeking someone with significant community experience to manage the caseload.

Knowledge
