Working closely with clinicians, diagnostic departments and multidisciplinary colleagues, you will help ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care and a positive experience throughout their journey.
This role would suit an organised and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a very fast-paced environment. Previous administration or customer service experience, along with strong IT skills, are essential.
Join our dedicated Urology team and help deliver a responsive, patient-centred service that makes a real difference to patient care.

- Use Trust systems to maintain accurate patient records and support pathway tracking and validation.
- Act as a key point of contact for patients, carers, clinicians and multidisciplinary teams, providing a professional and patient-focused service.
- Prepare clinic documentation, process correspondence and support the smooth running of Urology clinics.
- Identify and escalate pathway delays, missing information and potential RTT breaches to support effective patient care.
- Liaise with diagnostic departments, theatres and external organisations to facilitate patient journeys and treatment planning.
- Support service performance through accurate data entry, validation and information management.
- Work collaboratively within the POD 7 Urology team to deliver a high-quality, compassionate service to patients.
Working for our organisation
Croydon Health Services NHS Trust provides hospital and community services across Croydon through a range of clinics and specialist centres. Formed in August 2010 from the integration of Croydon Community Health Services and Mayday Healthcare NHS Trust, we employ around 4,100 staff serving a diverse population of over 360,000 people.
Our main site, Croydon University Hospital, is one of the busiest in London. We are also leading the way in delivering more healthcare in community settings and people’s homes. Our district nursing teams, Allied Health Professionals and community matrons care for people of all ages across the borough.
Like the wider NHS, we are working hard to meet increasing demand. With the right people on board, we continue to innovate and transform our services to provide the highest quality care for local residents. We place strong emphasis on education, training and career development for all staff.
