A fantastic opportunity has arisen for motivated individuals to join our Outpatient Services team working at St George’s Hospital & Nelson Medical Centre.

The role of Clinic Delivery Coordinator, provides a comprehensive administrative support and frontline reception service to all outpatient areas within the trust, based in our specialty teams across Medicine, Surgery and Women & Children.

This is an entry level post with excellent opportunities to progress within the trust 

NOTE : 2 positions available at St George's Hospital & 1 position available at Nelson Medical Centre. 

Main duties of the job

The key duties of the Clinic Delivery Coordinator are as follows:

• Receptioning of outpatient clinics providing a high level of customer service with an understanding of key patient processes, ensuring administration of outpatient clinics are carried out in a timely manner

• To field enquiries in person, via phone and via email, for patients, visitors and staff in relation to the St George’s outpatient service ensuring all enquiries are fulfilled or escalated appropriately

• To support the Assistant Service Manager and Team Leaders with operational and administrative service improvement

• To uphold the trust values of: Kind, Excellent, Respectful and Responsible at all times.

The trust also provides care for patients from a larger catchment area in southeast England, for specialties such as complex pelvic trauma. Other services treat patients from all over the country, such as family HIV care and bone marrow transplantation for non-cancer diseases. The trust also provides a nationwide state-of-the-art endoscopy training centre.
