Main duties of the job

The post holder will support the further development of pharmacy services to optimise the use of medicines in the mental health community teams. The role will involve working with the multidisciplinary teams across the Trust within 13 sites, five locality pharmacy teams, primary care and patients to improve the use of medicines.
