Ward Clerk - Gastroenterology

Ward C3 is a busy unit with a professional and friendly team delivering high standards of care. We are currently looking for a hard working and enthusiastic ward clerk to provide clerical support to the unit and achieve an effective and efficient service for our patients.
To join our forward thinking and constantly developing team you should be self-motivated and committed to delivering efficient clerical support to our busy unit. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to work effectively as part of the team dealing with the complex and sensitive information in a professional manner. Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd
The post holder will provide a wide range of administrative and clerical duties to the ward staff. They will be responsible for the safe keeping and availability of all clinical records relating to patients and the smooth running of the ward office. They will also provide general assistance to the ward staff.
- Provide general non-clinical advice, information and guidance of ancillary services directly to patients, clients, relatives and carers.
